Watchful Eye #1

Very dry in Fl right now drout. The dark green is lily pads and grass that is usually above the water. Water level low and not visible or drying up and further off the banks than normal.

Sandhill Cranes, I recognize, but what are the large leaves and what kind of plant is that that is exuded from the lighter green grasses? Whatever it is, it truly adds a special touch to this beauty! Thanks for sharing, Sheri!
